Glass Cabinet By Pierre Cardin for Roche Bobois in black lacquered wood, 1970
Superb pair of crystal display cases designed by Pierre Cardin and produced by Roche Bobois at the end of the 70s.
The glossy black lacquer, combined with bright brass details and nacres inlays on each corner, give it an elegant and luxurious style.
Its squared and simple style, characterized by two glass doors with brass profiles and two central lacquered doors, with two crystal shelves make them very roomy.
Produced only with high quality materials, this sideboard is still in excellent vintage condition as shown in the photographs, only one has a tiny mark on one door as shown in the photograph, otherwise they are perfect.
Particularity: when the doors are opened, they light up, as in the photograph.
